1. Introduction

Welcome to Metatag Solution (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our 6×6 Unilevel MLM Automation Software. By registering and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. User Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Fraudulent registration may result in account termination.

3. MLM Structure & Compensation

• The Platform operates on a 6×6 Unilevel matrix structure.
• Direct income is earned from your direct referrals (up to 6).
• Level income is earned from passive income within 10 levels of your network.
• Commission percentages vary by level as defined in the Plan.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify commission structures with 30 days' notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits are subject to approval by the administrator.
• Minimum deposit amount is $20 (as per policy).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-7 business days.
• Bank details must be verified before withdrawal approval.
• The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems.

5. NFT Marketplace

• NFT purchases and sales are subject to platform fees (currently 2%).
• NFT prices increase by 6% with each resale.
• Daily ROI is earned on NFT holdings at the current rate (1%).
• Creators receive royalty income from resales (currently 2%).

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Fraudulent registration or fake referrals
• Manipulation of income records
• Unauthorized access to other accounts
• Sharing login credentials
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, all pending payouts may be forfeited.
• Users may appeal account suspension within 30 days.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• The Platform is not liable for system downtime, data loss, or technical failures.
• Income from MLM is not guaranteed and depends on individual effort and network growth.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information.
• We do not share your data with third parties without consent (except as required by law).

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved through our support system.
• Unresolved disputes may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings.
• These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of operation.

11. Modifications to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
